Shatsky

I build tools that sit at the intersection of data and decision-making — the kind of software that changes how teams actually work, not just what they can see. My path through finance, an early-stage startup, and now a trading desk has given me a habit of understanding the problem before I pick up the keyboard.

§ 02Background

I came up through finance operations and ended up building the tools I wished existed. I went from analyst to co-founder to a desk-embedded engineer.

I enjoy work where I sit close to a problem and care about the gap between what a system can tell you and what you actually need to know. Turns out that's a pretty good instinct for building software people use.

Right now

Scoping data products and internal trading tools at TP ICAP. On the side, I am building my own personal knowledge management system and an idea validation tool.
